How can I place an order?
For larger orders, please email me with the items you're interested in and any logos or branding guidelines you'd like to use. I will respond with questions to better understand your needs. We will then review proofs, explore garment options, provide bulk pricing, and establish a timeline. Once everything is approved, your order will go into production. Production times vary individually. Note: All bulk orders require a minimum of five items.

How long will it take to receive my order?
As a made-to-order business, please allow at least one week from order submission to delivery. You will receive a second email with a tracking number once the shipping label is created. Delivery times may vary throughout the year due to demand; check @made.by.morgs for updates on potential delays. Bulk order timelines will be discussed individually.

Do you have an order minimum?
Starting May 1, 2024, a minimum of five items is required. If you're ready to proceed, please email with your item details, and we'll start the creative process!

How long will it take to respond to my inquiry?
Please allow 3-5 business days for a response to your custom order inquiry. Thank you for your patience!

Can I see MBM items in person if I live in Minnesota?
Yes! I attend several markets each year where you can see, feel, and try on the garments. Follow @made.by.morgs on Instagram for updates on these events. For custom bulk orders, I can provide up to 3-5 samples, which are final sale.

Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?
Since I operate on a made-to-order basis and usually don't keep a lot of inventory, pickup is not standard. However, if I have your item in stock or your timeline is flexible, we can arrange a pickup.

Do you make items other than crewnecks?
Yes! Check out my products and services page to see the full range of items available.

Can I provide my own garments?
Yes, but I only accept unworn clothing with tags still attached.

How can I make a return?
Items purchased from the MBM tab can be returned within 15 days, provided they are unworn and undamaged. For returns and exchanges, I will send a shipping label to attach to the original packaging. Refunds will be processed upon return of the item, and exchanges will be shipped once the original item is received. All custom orders are final sale.

What are your response times?

  • Email: 5-7 business days

  • Online Orders: 1-2 weeks

  • Custom Orders: 2-3 weeks (minimum of five items starting 5/1/24)

  • Bulk Orders: 2-3 weeks after design approval (total process averages 4-5 weeks)

  • Bulk Re-orders: 1-2 weeks (minimum does not apply)
